Position Summary
This is a part-time 4 hours/.5 FTE per day position for the 2026-2027 school year, working on the CL-192 (192 days per full school year) schedule, Mon-Fri. Must be bilingual in English and SpanishRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work with or lead students in group or individual activities.- Instructional or behavioral management skills.
- Ability to use current office technology and equipment (e.g., computer systems, fax, copiers, etc.).
- Ability to use or learn to use computers and word processing software.
- Ability to communicate beyond the level of instruction using a foreign language both orally and in writing.
- Experience differentiating practices for diverse populations.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse students, staff, and community populations.
Minimum Qualifications
To demonstrate Highly Qualified status as required by ORS 581-037-0005, you will be required to attach documentation to your application to show:- Completion of at least two years of post-secondary study consisting of 72 credit hours, 48 semester units (attach transcripts); OR
- Obtaining an associates or higher degree (attach diploma); OR
- Meeting a rigorous standard of quality and demonstrating, through a formal state or local academic assessment, knowledge of and the ability to assist in instructing reading, writing and mathematics (attach test scores).
- Fluent speaking and reading ability in a foreign language.
- Bilingual proficiency and/or multicultural experience strongly preferred.
