Responsibilities

• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish

• Follow client-specific call-handling instructions with care and consistency
• Deliver a warm, efficient, and courteous experience on every call

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong empathy, active listening, and professional telephone manners
• Attention to detail and the ability to type accurately while on a call
• Reliable internet and dedicated workspace to ensure a professional setting
• Dependability—consistent attendance is essential in a 24/7 operation
• Availability to work at least one weekend day
