About the Role

BMW Financial Services NA, LLC was established in 1993, supporting the sales and marketing of BMW products. We have expanded beyond traditional leasing, retail, and commercial financing to offer a broad variety of products tailored for BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce customers. As a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate, you will interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls, providing a premium experience during all stages of their Financial Services contract.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound customer calls from consumers during different stages of their financial services contract.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and issues related to their inquiry after authenticating and verifying identity while being compliant, accurate, and efficient.
  • Assist customers with tasks such as making payments, updating contact information, providing website assistance, promoting EasyPay and eInvoicing, and addressing questions about the contract lifecycle.
  • Engage cross-functionally with departments such as Collections and Lease Loyalty to assist with account maintenance.
  • Promote products and services that reduce costs or generate revenue, including eInvoice, EasyPay, and self-service initiatives.
  • Multitask and learn several computer programs using multiple screens.
  • Comply with all applicable state and federal regulatory requirements, as well as BMW Policies and Procedures.
  • Fully document customer contact using system tools to maintain a complete history.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of contracts, including transaction history, contract types, interest accruals, lease/loan maturity, credit reporting, and title & registration.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 6-12 months of customer service or financial services industry experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (writing and speaking).

Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6-12 months of early-stage (0-29 days past due) collections experience.
  • 6-12 months of automotive industry experience.

Schedule

  • Hybrid role requiring regular in-office attendance.
  • Shifts vary between 9 AM – 9 PM, Monday – Thursday, and 9 AM – 6 PM on Friday.
  • Some evenings required throughout the week.
  • Training conducted onsite for the first six weeks, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Pay

$43,680.00 annually with opportunities to earn additional incentives. Pay is based on a full-time work schedule and determined by the candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location.

A satisfactory background check, including verification of education, prior employment, criminal history, credit history, and pre-employment drug screen, is required for employment.
