About the role
AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Talk with the families of current students to answer questions about our programs and guide them to the appropriate resources to enroll their child or children.
- Work within the student management system to help resolve billing-related questions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience with every phone call and interaction.
- Resolve customer concerns when questions or concerns arise regarding programs, registrations, our student management system, accounts, and billing.
- Showcase AlphaBEST's core values to our customers.
- Build customer loyalty.
- Complete reports regularly that provide leadership with a picture of your area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- An obsession to make every customer happy
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Two years' experience and a proven track record of impeccable customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Starting at $20/hour up to $22/hour depending on level of experience.
Hours: Monday-Friday with working hours of 9 am - 6 pm (NC - EST)
