About the role
Bilingual Counter Sales positions are needed to assist customers in the store. Duties include greeting customers, answering questions, providing product information, and assisting with transactions.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide initial assistance
- Answer customer inquiries about products and services
- Assist customers with transactions and checkouts
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Ensure store appearance and cleanliness
- Follow all safety and security protocols
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
