Bilingual Contact Center Representative Part-Time or Full-Time

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service
• Accurate and efficient processing of various teller transactions
• Answer customer service phone calls and assist customers on a variety of account related issues
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify cross-selling opportunities through needs-based conversations
• Resolves customer inquiries using problem solving skills while following bank procedures

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years’ experience in teller or new accounts
• Bilingual in Spanish is required for this position
