Bilingual Clinician

Position Summary

The Bilingual Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy HYPE Clinician provides model adherent intensive in-home clinical treatment to adolescents with substance abuse and delinquent behaviors and their families. The Bilingual MDFT-HYPE Clinician will go through the MDFT certification process, obtain licensure clinical and supervision hours and obtain experience in the adolescent, parent and family clinical realm.

Education And Experience/Qualifications

• Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work and Doctorate in Psychology
• Must be licensed or license eligible LPCA, LMFTA, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist
• If you are a MSW, a LMSW (permit or license) or LCSW will be required to begin employment
• Valid Drivers License is required. Safely operates vehicle in the community, based on program needs

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Completes clinical documentation
• Provides triages for clinical emergencies and aligns with identified safety plan
• Works collaboratively with internal and external providers
• Mets with families based on model expectations
• Provides service in the office, remote and/or community settings outside of the office (e.g., homes, schools, hospitals, institutions, other community locations) as defined by the program
• May transport clients to appointments or linkages as appropriate
• Work in a team to provide wrap around services to the family both clinical and case management
• Participate in on-call rotation with teammates to support clients/families in times of crisis
