About the role
The Bilingual Client Retention Specialist will play a key role in supporting our customer success efforts. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with bilingual clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular check-ins and proactive outreach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct research and gather feedback from clients to improve our services
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
