About the role

The Bilingual Client Retention Specialist will play a key role in supporting our customer success efforts. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with bilingual clients.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular check-ins and proactive outreach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct research and gather feedback from clients to improve our services

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
