Bilingual Care Navigator / Clinical Intake Sales Specialist (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

Next STEPS Worldwide is a rapidly growing, mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization providing psychological, therapeutic, and nutrition services for all populations across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals, parents, caregivers, and families.
• Conduct detailed, individualized phone assessments.
• Educate clients on psychological, therapy, and nutrition services.
• Use consultative sales skills to convert inquiries into scheduled intakes.
• MATCH clients with the best-fit provider and service.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion goals.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM/EMR systems.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish & English (Verbal and Written Fluency Required)
• 1+ year sales, intake, healthcare, or phone-based experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• HIPAA knowledge preferred
• CRM/EMR experience a plus
