Bilingual Call Center Representative (Spanish Preferred)

About the role

As a Call Center Representative, you will make warm outbound calls to potential customers, provide excellent customer service, and promote 24 Hour Fitness products and services. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication and sales skills who thrive in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided lead list.
• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present and promote 24 Hour Fitness products or services over the phone.
• Provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries.
• Use effective communication and negotiation skills to close sales.
• Update customer records in the sales software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve call‑center goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to persuade and influence.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in the fitness or retail industry (preferred).
• Knowledge of membership‑system software (preferred).
• Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling (preferred).

Pay

Salary ranges vary by geography:

• Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle: $27,600 – $34,500 (Exempt), $13.27 – $16.59 (Non‑Exempt)
• Bay Area (California) & New York City (incl. New Jersey): $28,800 – $36,000 (Exempt), $13.85 – $17.31 (Non‑Exempt)
• San Diego & Carlsbad (California) and all other locations: $25,920 – $32,400 (Exempt), $12.46 – $15.58 (Non‑Exempt)

Schedule

Full‑time position with 8‑hour shifts.
