Bilingual Call Center Representative

Core Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume incoming phone calls and emails from families and school staff with a professional, helpful tone.
- Monitor vehicle locations using specialized routing and GPS software to provide callers with accurate, live schedule updates.
- Research transport discrepancies by collaborating directly with our client’s dispatchers, field supervisors, and routers.
- Log all inquiries, route changes, and urgent safety concerns into our client’s database and escalate critical issues to their leadership team.
Qualifications And Skills
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish with exceptional communication capabilities in both languages.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in customer service, call center operations, or logistics dispatch.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort navigating multi-screen setups, digital maps, and database management systems simultaneously.
- Core Strengths: Strong active listening skills, patience under pressure, and rapid problem-solving abilities.
