Bilingual Call Center Representative

Core Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume incoming phone calls and emails from families and school staff with a professional, helpful tone.
• Monitor vehicle locations using specialized routing and GPS software to provide callers with accurate, live schedule updates.
• Research transport discrepancies by collaborating directly with our client’s dispatchers, field supervisors, and routers.
• Log all inquiries, route changes, and urgent safety concerns into our client’s database and escalate critical issues to their leadership team.

Qualifications And Skills

• Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish with exceptional communication capabilities in both languages.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in customer service, call center operations, or logistics dispatch.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfort navigating multi-screen setups, digital maps, and database management systems simultaneously.
• Core Strengths: Strong active listening skills, patience under pressure, and rapid problem-solving abilities.
