Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)
About the role
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #3137, located at: 1506 E Riverside Blvd., Loves Park, IL 61111. This is a Full-Time job. Starting Pay: $17.50/hr OR based on relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Aid customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
- Clean store equipment
- Aid in making deliveries, as needed
- Stay knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Suggest ways to improve sales
Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
