Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)

Full-time position located at Store #2418 North 85, 4601 Equipment Drive, Charlotte, NC 28269.

About the role

This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Wholesale Product Specialists promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards of the products and store. The role focuses on achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Job duties involve contact with customers (including minors), access to cash and payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. A review of criminal history is required to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to improve sales

Requirements

• At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
• Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
