As a BCBA, you will lead the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring each client receives ethical, effective, and high-quality treatment. You will serve as both a clinical leader and a trusted partner to families and staff—setting the tone for care, building strong relationships, and driving meaningful progress.

Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Bilingual Spanish and English required
- Availability outside of billable hours to support clinical needs, staff supervision, and care coordination
- Flexibility to work at least one weekend day per week as needed, based on client and clinical needs
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay
- $105,000-$110,000 annually (Remote)
- $110,000-$120,000 annually (In-person)
Schedule
- 25-30 billable hours per week (approximately 12-15 clients)
- In-person supervision prioritized
