About the Opportunity

The Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative will support customers by handling inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits. The role is responsible for providing accurate information, resolving retirement-related inquiries, and delivering a professional and empathetic customer experience remotely. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding annuity and retirement benefits
• Aid callers with benefit inquiries and general questions
• Manage a steady call volume while navigating multiple systems
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Maintain attention to detail and confidentiality
• Deliver a positive experience for every caller

Requirements

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
• Previous customer service or call center experience
• PREFERRED: Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits
• Strong keyboarding skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability
• Ability to follow guidelines and provide accurate information
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass an internet speed test and connect via Ethernet cable
• Availability limited by geographical hiring restrictions

Pay Range and Compensation Package
