About the role
Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Helping Hands Family (HHF) and provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to help children reach their developmental milestones.
We are looking for passionate and bilingual individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
- Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
- Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish
- A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred)
- Comfort working with children
- The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire

Pay
Base Salary Range: $19 USD - $20.16 USD
Schedule
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
