Bilingual Associate Mental Health Therapist - Bicultural Team

Responsibilities

• Care about individual and community growth.
• Support client health and wellness in their work.
• Passionate to conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Complete risk assessments and provide crisis intervention support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Stay informed about current research and best practices in the behavioral health field.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Valid Oregon license/certificate to deliver mental health care.

Skills

• Knowledge and ability to serve Black/African, Latino/Hispanic, and/or Native/Indigenous populations from a racial trauma lens.
• Willingness to serve clients who ascribe to religious/spiritual beliefs as protective factors.

Compensation

• Base Salary Plus Commission.
