Responsibilities
- Care about individual and community growth.

- Develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Complete risk assessments and provide crisis intervention support.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the behavioral health field.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Valid Oregon license/certificate to deliver mental health care.
Skills
- Knowledge and ability to serve Black/African, Latino/Hispanic, and/or Native/Indigenous populations from a racial trauma lens.
- Willingness to serve clients who ascribe to religious/spiritual beliefs as protective factors.

Compensation
- Base Salary Plus Commission.
