About the role
The role of Bilingual Mental Health Therapist involves providing therapy services to clients who speak Spanish and English. The therapist will work closely with a team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients who are bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.
- Participate in regular supervision and case conferences.
- Assist in training and mentoring new therapists.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
