We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes sections: The Role, Key Responsibilities, Success in This Role Looks Like…, Qualifications, Preferred Experience, Salary, Benefits, Why RMP? Possibly also location info. We must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Apply Today!" etc. Also remove "Powered by JazzHR". Also remove "Demonstrate Eligibility to Work in the United States" maybe considered EEO? It's about work eligibility; but it's a requirement? Might be considered boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The eligibility statement is legal; likely remove. Also "RMP is an equal opportunity employer..." remove. Also "Why RMP?" maybe keep as it's substantive? It's more marketing but maybe keep as section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. "Why RMP?" has some prose about mission; could be considered substantive. We'll keep as

    Why RMP?

    with

. We need to include location info? Not a heading; we can fold into a short

at top maybe. The location: "Location: This opportunity is based at our Rocky Mountain Prep Federal campus and is 100% in person. The APO will serve as a key member of the campus leadership team, working on-site each day alongside staff, students, and families. This role is not remote or hybrid." That's substantive; we can put in a

maybe under a heading? There's no heading for location; we could just include as a paragraph before sections. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location is not minor metadata; it's substantive. We'll include a

at start. Now sections: About the role? The posting has "The Role". Could use heading "About the role" or "The Role". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but we can use those headings if appropriate. We have sections: The Role (description), Key Responsibilities, Success in This Role Looks Like… (maybe could be under Responsibilities or separate), Qualifications, Preferred Experience, Salary, Benefits, Why RMP?. We need to decide which headings to use. Use "About the role" for The Role description. Use "Responsibilities" for Key Responsibilities. Use "Qualifications" for Qualifications. Use "Preferred Experience" maybe as "Preferred Qualifications" but we can use "Preferred Experience". Use "Pay" for Salary. Use "Benefits" for Benefits. Use "Why RMP?" maybe as "About the organization" but we can keep as "Why RMP?" as heading. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Salary is stated, Benefits stated. No schedule info besides location (in person). No schedule details like hours; we should not create Schedule section. Now we need to convert lists to
    • . For responsibilities: there are bullet-like paragraphs each starting with a bold heading? Actually the text: "Systems Builder - Operational Execution Design and lead daily systems — arrival, transitions, supervision, dismissal — that protect instructional time.Manage scheduling, materials distribution, space usage, and event logistics to execute campus priorities smoothly.Build efficient, scalable systems that let teams sustain excellence while staying focused on the highest-impact work.Maintain accurate, accessible scholar and family data systems that support compliance and timely decisions.Steward school budgets and operational resources responsibly, aligned to schoolwide priorities." That's a paragraph with multiple sentences; not a list. But we could treat each sentence as a list item? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are not explicitly listed as bullet points but are separate duties. Could we treat them as list? Might be better to keep as

because not a list. However the instruction says use list for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If not explicitly list, we can keep as paragraph. But we could split into list for clarity. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Splitting into list items does not lose info; it's just formatting. It's acceptable. Similarly for Recruiter - Driving Enrollment paragraph; Family Advocate - Driving Attendance & Persistence paragraph; Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement paragraph. We could make each of those sections as

        • containing the sentences. Success in This Role Looks Like… also a list of bullet-like sentences; we can make list. Qualifications: list of items each on new line; we can make
          • . Preferred Experience: list. Benefits: list. Now we need to remove boilerplate: "Demonstrate Eligibility to Work in the United States All employees must verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States at the time of hire. Rocky Mountain Prep does not sponsor visas at this time. RMP is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants of all backgrounds." Remove. Also remove "Apply Today! Join our movement to transform public education in Colorado and prepare every student for college and beyond. Powered by JazzHR". Remove. Also remove "Why RMP?" maybe keep? It's not boilerplate; it's motivational. Keep. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Location: This opportunity is based at our Rocky Mountain Prep Federal campus and is 100% in person. The APO will serve as a key member of the campus leadership team, working on-site each day alongside staff, students, and families. This role is not remote or hybrid.

            About the role

Assistant Principals of Operations (APOs) are systems builders, recruiters, and family advocates who ensure their campus runs smoothly so teachers can teach and students can learn. APOs own the school's operational infrastructure and are directly accountable for three vital signs of organizational health—Attendance, Enrollment, and Persistence (student retention)—in addition to the day-to-day operations that support academic instruction. As key members of the campus leadership team, APOs partner with instructional and student services leaders to remove barriers to learning, build high-performing operations teams, and create safe, joyful, efficient environments where staff and scholars thrive.

            Responsibilities

            • Systems Builder - Operational Execution Design and lead daily systems — arrival, transitions, supervision, dismissal — that protect instructional time. Manage scheduling, materials distribution, space usage, and event logistics to execute campus priorities smoothly. Build efficient, scalable systems that let teams sustain excellence while staying focused on the highest-impact work. Maintain accurate, accessible scholar and family data systems that support compliance and timely decisions. Steward school budgets and operational resources responsibly, aligned to schoolwide priorities.
            • Recruiter - Driving Enrollment Actively drive student recruitment through community outreach and relationship-building to meet campus enrollment targets. Compellingly communicate RMP's value proposition, address family questions and barriers, and build commitment to enroll. Manage the recruitment and enrollment pipeline end to end, using data to prioritize outreach and adjust strategy.
            • Family Advocate - Driving Attendance & Persistence Establish clear attendance monitoring and follow-up processes that drive average daily attendance goals. Build family engagement structures that strengthen persistence and create positive scholar and family experiences. Maintain clear, responsive communication so families stay informed and aligned with school expectations. Lead safety, supervision, and facilities systems that keep campus clean, welcoming, and conducive to learning.
            • Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement Manage and develop a high-performing operations team through regular coaching and clear performance feedback. Build systems for accountability and continuous improvement; model solutions-oriented, ownership-driven leadership. Serve as an active member of the campus leadership team, aligning operational execution with academic and culture priorities.

Success in this role looks like…

            • Attendance, Enrollment, and Persistence targets are met or exceeded through proactive, data-driven systems.
            • Instructional time is protected; scheduling, materials, and assessment logistics run with consistency and precision.
            • Prospective and current families experience RMP as welcoming, compelling, clear, and responsive at every stage.
            • The operations team grows in effectiveness through consistent coaching, clear expectations, and improvement systems.
            • Data is accurate and accessible, and resources are stewarded responsibly and within budget.
