About the role

The Assistant Community Manager will perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, including leasing, processing applications, income collections, move-ins and move-outs, resident relations, reporting, and marketing.

Requirements

  • At least one year of Assistant Manager experience on an apartment community.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
  • Yardi/CRM experience is required.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work on Saturday with an alternative day off during the week, once per month.

Pay

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Schedule

Monday – Friday, one Saturday per month Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday hours vary
