About the role
The Assistant Community Manager will perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, including leasing, processing applications, income collections, move-ins and move-outs, resident relations, reporting, and marketing.Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least one year of Assistant Manager experience on an apartment community.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Yardi/CRM experience is required.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work on Saturday with an alternative day off during the week, once per month.
