Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Job Details
The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support, track data, prepare reports, and assist with managing office needs including answering phones. The Administrative Assistant may also provide administrative support to other client-serving programs in the Schaumburg Marletta Darnall Child & Family Center.
Candidate Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of three years’ related experience required.
- Experience using Microsoft products for documentation preparation, data collection, and reporting preferred.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish required.
Job Details
Compensation: Hourly: Range is between $18.47 - $23.09 /hour, offers are commensurate with experience. Bilingual candidates may receive additional financial compensation.
The salary range provided represents our current estimate for this role at the time of posting and is subject to change. The final salary will be determined based on a range of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's relevant experience, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, and alignment with organizational needs.

Full-time, hourly; 8:30AM-5PM Monday-Friday
