Bilingual Accounting & Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities
- Process and support payroll through Paylocity
- Review timecards, attendance records, payroll changes, deductions, and employee information for accuracy
- Maintain payroll-related HR records, employee files, and onboarding documentation
- Support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance-related recordkeeping
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare invoices, expense records, financial summaries, and accounting documentation
- Reconcile bank, credit card, vendor, and payroll-related records
- Assist with month-end reporting, general ledger support, and audit preparation
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for accounting, payroll, and HR compliance
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and management in Mandarin and English as needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English required
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, or finance administration
- Hands-on Paylocity experience required
- ADP experience is a plus
- Experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll records
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Basic understanding of payroll compliance, deductions, employee records, and timekeeping accuracy
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
- Able to handle confidential payroll and financial information professionally
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or small-to-mid-sized business environments is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
