Bilingual Accounting & Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Process and support payroll through Paylocity
  • Review timecards, attendance records, payroll changes, deductions, and employee information for accuracy
  • Maintain payroll-related HR records, employee files, and onboarding documentation
  • Support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance-related recordkeeping
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Prepare invoices, expense records, financial summaries, and accounting documentation
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, vendor, and payroll-related records
  • Assist with month-end reporting, general ledger support, and audit preparation
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for accounting, payroll, and HR compliance
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and management in Mandarin and English as needed

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English required
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, or finance administration
  • Hands-on Paylocity experience required
  • ADP experience is a plus
  • Experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll records
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Basic understanding of payroll compliance, deductions, employee records, and timekeeping accuracy
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
  • Able to handle confidential payroll and financial information professionally
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or small-to-mid-sized business environments is a plus
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
