About the role
Laila’s Way is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Case Manager to support bilingual children and families in the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will connect families with behavioral health services and ensure culturally responsive, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client intakes and assess social and emotional needs
- Coordinate behavioral health services, appointments, and authorizations
- Communicate directly with Spanish-speaking families to provide guidance and support
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records
- Collaborate with clinicians, schools, and internal teams
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s with relevant experience) in social work, psychology, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in case management, social services, or behavioral health
- Strong communication and organizational skills
