Bilingual ABA Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Implementing ABA-based behavior plans under clinical supervision
• Providing one-on-one support to children
• Tracking client progress and outcomes
• Collaborating with families and ministry staff to ensure effective care
• Communicating fluently in Russian and English to facilitate understanding and support
• Offering compassionate, Christ-centered care aligned with Christian values
• Supporting clients in achieving hope, healing, and practical life changes

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in Russian and English
• Knowledge of ABA techniques and behavior management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a community-focused environment
• Commitment to compassionate, faith-based service delivery
