Prior AI experience is not required.
The work involves legal research, analysis, drafting, review, structured evaluation, and quality assurance across US law topics. Precision, sound legal judgment, and the ability to communicate nuanced conclusions clearly are critical.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a range of US law topics
- Perform in-depth legal research using authoritative and current sources
- Draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related legal materials
- Evaluate legal content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and consistency
- Provide structured feedback using defined evaluation criteria and rubrics
- Identify errors, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and substantive issues in legal materials
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine project deliverables
- Apply rigorous quality-control standards to all submitted work
Requirements
- Active license to practice law
- Strong academic credentials and demonstrated legal training
- Current or prior experience at a top-tier US law firm
- Substantial experience in litigation, corporate law, M&A, or another sophisticated legal practice area
- Advanced legal research, analysis, and drafting skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to review complex legal materials with high precision and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary environment
- Ability to evaluate legal content against structured quality standards or rubrics
- Consistent judgment, accuracy, and adherence to established legal best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with AI, legal technology, or AI-assisted workflows
- Experience with quality assurance or structured evaluation of legal documents
