Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Manage the reservation system, accurately record reservations, and communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff.
• Maintain a well-organized and tidy front-of-house area.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage guest expectations.
• Escort guests to their designated tables and inform them of specials or promotions.
• Anticipate and accommodate special requests and needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with wait staff to coordinate seating and manage guest flow.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Thank guests for dining with us and inquire about their experience.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
