What you'll do
The Bid Coordinator supports quote package development by entering and accessing data in the Oasis ERP software databases to expedite the quoting process.
A day in the life of a Bid Coordinator may include the following:
- Preparing bid documentation
- Researching to obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Assigning incoming bid requests to the appropriate Quotation Analyst based on pre-determined criteria
- Maintaining the online bid board with accuracy and timeliness
- Assisting with job submittal organization
- Producing daily and weekly quote reports for the sales and quotes teams
- Providing required monthly quote report to our contact at Philips
- Professionally communicating with internal and external parties as needed with a focus on excellent customer service and sense of urgency when needed
- Performing miscellaneous administrative duties such as attending meetings, preparing notes, maintaining orderly customer job files and customer database, etc.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities or inaccuracies, and if possible, checking output
- Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- The ability to work independently, prioritize simultaneous assignments with accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative duties (bonus)
- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Oasis (bonus)
Pay
Bid Coordinator: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary
