BIA Agency Accounting and Finance Specialist - HYBRID

Responsibilities

• Budget Analyst – Evaluate, report, and plan with departments.
• Strategic Planning – Work with department director on agency objectives.
• Financial and Business Reporting – Report creation and delivery with contextual explanation.
• Agency Commissions – Reconciliation of deposits and transactions.
• Employee Commissions – Prepare, audit, and manage process.
• Carrier Relationship Management – Review results, growth, and profitability.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excel proficiency including pivot tables, charts, and financial reporting. Communication skills. Leadership skills. Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint experience.

Qualifications

Benefits

The current reasonable and good faith estimate of the annual salary or hourly wage range for this position is approximately $65,000 ($33.34 an hour) - $80,000 ($41.00 an hour) based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.
