Bi-vocational Worship/Music Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan Sunday worship services and special services
• Disciple and develop choir members and musicians
• Collaborate with the Senior Pastor, Children’s Choir Director, musicians, and video/audio team in planning and coordinating services
• Oversee all aspects of the worship ministry, including rehearsals, service preparation, special music lineup, and choir practice
• Research, select, and organize sheet music for choir and praise team
• Include blended music for worship

Qualifications

• A clear testimony of salvation and a calling to serve as a Worship/Music Director
• Demonstrated ability to lead congregational worship and build effective ministry teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Position Details

• Part-time position
• Reports directly to the Senior Pastor
