The Grace Baptist Church of Washington, Utah seeks a bi-vocational pastor.

About the role

GBC is an Independent Baptist church that exclusively uses the KJV Bible and sings traditional music. The congregation, which spans various age groups, is thriving and eager for new leadership. Established 35 years ago, the church owns its own facility in excellent condition and is debt-free. Located near the intersection of I-15, Washington and St. George have a combined population of 112,000 and are experiencing rapid growth with numerous opportunities for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship services and pastoral care
• Develop and implement church programs and ministries
• Oversee the spiritual growth of members
• Engage in community outreach and partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Ministry or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of pastoral experience
• Strong commitment to the KJV Bible and traditional worship style
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse congregation
