Bi-vocational Pastor needed in Gardner, MA

About the role

This is a bi-vocational position at First Bible Baptist Church in Gardner, Massachusetts. The church is independent Baptist and uses only the KJV Bible. Services feature traditional music and typically average 20-30 attendees, including a mix of ages. The church regularly hosts Bible studies for men, women, and youth, and actively engages in spreading the Gospel within the local community.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sunday services and other worship events
• Teach Bible studies for men, women, and youth
• Engage in community outreach and evangelism
• Support the administrative needs of the church

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Ministry or related field
• Experience in pastoral ministry
• Strong commitment to the teachings of the KJV Bible
• Ability to lead and inspire a congregation
• Willingness to engage in community service and evangelism

Schedule
