Bi-Vocational Pastor

First Baptist Church of Eads, Colorado—a congregation of approximately twenty-two in a small rural town—is prayerfully seeking a bi-vocational pastor.

About the role

The church provides a 5-bedroom, 2-bath residence. Finances require either a bi-vocational pastor or a pastor with sufficient outside resources to supplement a church salary of $1,500 per month ($18,000 per year).

Responsibilities

• Preach the Word of God
• Motivate the congregation to participate in church life and grow spiritually
• Engage the community with a zeal to bring lost people to Jesus Christ

Requirements

• Pastoral experience
• Theology aligned with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000
• A bi-vocational plan or sufficient personal resources to supplement the church salary

Pay

$1,500 per month ($18,000 per year).
