BI Reporting Analyst (Hybrid) - Orlando FL
Role Overview
The Reporting Analyst is a critical contributor responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and decision-ready reporting across financial and operational performance. This role operates at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Technology, enabling executive leadership to clearly understand revenue, cost, margin, and productivity drivers.
This individual will own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle—from data sourcing and validation to dashboard design and executive-level storytelling. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in reporting, FP&A, business intelligence, or analytics
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, Excel Data Model)
- Strong experience with Power BI, including building data models and dashboards from scratch
- Experience working with large datasets across multiple source systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to reconcile and validate financial and operational data
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL or other query language experience
- Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP) reporting
- Involvement in BI or ERP implementations
- Exposure to revenue cycle, healthcare, SaaS, or transaction-based businesses
- FP&A or Finance background with strong understanding of financial statements and profitability drivers
