Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent mastery of written and spoken English.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Data Analytics, Strategic Consulting, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience working within international or multi-region business environments is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate complex data into clear, actionable conclusions.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience using data to investigate business questions, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Experience with Business Intelligence visualization tools such as Qlik, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.
• Able to translate business needs into clear analytical, reporting, and technical requirements for BI or development teams.
• Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives.

About the role

This role serves as a key analytical partner to regional leadership and business functions, helping stakeholders understand performance, identify trends and opportunities, and make informed, data-driven decisions. The BI Regional Analyst works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other regional teams, while maintaining a strong partnership with the central Business Intelligence team.
