Bi-lingual Salesperson

RNR Tire Express is looking to hire a full-time Bilingual Salesperson to sell our quality products and services and process orders for our English- and Spanish-speaking customers. Our top salespeople have earned over $75,000, with earnings averaging $45,000 to $60,000 plus bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the company, making a great first impression with customers.
• Provide superb customer service, form personal connections, listen to customer needs, and make product recommendations.
• Utilize excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to make sales and achieve goals.
• Complete and review sales orders to ensure proper processing.

Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to lift and organize heavy product.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related roles (e.g., account executive, sales rep, account manager) is helpful but not required.
