About the Role

RNR Tire Express is calling all goal-oriented individuals in the area to apply to join our team full-time as a Sales Representative! RNR Tire Express Is Looking To Hire a Full-time Bilingual Sales Representative To Sell Our Quality Products And Services And Process Orders For Our English- And Spanish-speaking Customers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Be the face of our company and make a great first impression
• Provide superb customer service and form personal connections with customers
• Listen to customer needs and make product recommendations
• Utilize excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to make sales and achieve goals
• Complete and review sales orders and get them processed properly

Compensation

• Average earnings of $45,000 to $60,000 with bonuses
• Top salesperson made over $75,000
• Second salesperson made close to $70,000
• Third salesperson made $67,000

Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish
• Driver's license with a good driving history
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Physical ability to lift and organize heavy product
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required but experience in customer service or as an account executive, sales rep, account manager, sales manager, or account representative is helpful
