About the role

RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Bilingual Sales Representative to sell quality products and services and process orders for English- and Spanish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Make a great first impression as the face of the company
• Provide superb customer service and form personal connections with customers
• Listen to customer needs and make product recommendations
• Utilize excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to make sales and achieve goals
• Complete and review sales orders and ensure proper processing

Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish
• Valid driver's license with a good driving history
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Physical ability to lift and organize heavy product
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required, but experience in customer service or as an account executive, sales rep, account manager, sales manager, or account representative is helpful
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Self-motivated
• Customer service-oriented
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented

Pay

Average earnings of $45,000 to $60,000 with bonuses. Top performers have earned over $75,000, with the second salesperson earning close to $70,000 and the third earning $67,000.
