Responsibilities
- Apartment Matchmaker – Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
- Tour Guide with a Twist – Show off our beautiful, move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
- Resident Cheerleader – Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
- Leasing Rockstar – Work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top-notch.
- Renewal Expert – Help current residents renew their leases because they can’t imagine living anywhere else!
Requirements
- Portuguese or Spanish speaking – Highly preferred.
- Outgoing, positive, and full of personality – You make everyone feel welcome!
- Natural at building relationships and earning trust – Customer service-savvy with an eye for sales.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role – We’re on the hunt for a leasing superstar who knows how to make an impact.
Qualifications
- Required: High school diploma or GED, undergraduate degree preferred; Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales.
- Skills: Treats all current and future residents with the highest level of concern and care; Demonstrates a natural disposition towards personal and public safety; Operates from a place of integrity, honesty, and ethics; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Pay

Physical Requirements
- General office environment, ability to lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Able to move about the property to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities, including sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, and climbing stairs to perform functions in various weather conditions and variable climates.
Company Information
- The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate.
- To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday.
