Duties And Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration processes to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting initiativesDevelop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and data transformation pipelines using modern data platforms including Databricks and cloud-based data servicesDesign, implement, and maintain data models and curated data layers to support business intelligence tools such as TableauIngest, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources including internal systems, external vendors, APIs, and structured and unstructured data within a Data Lake architectureSupport the development and maintenance of enterprise data platforms including data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics environmentsCollaborate with BI analysts, data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable data solutionsDevelop and maintain datasets and data services that enable reporting, dashboards, and advanced analyticsMonitor data pipelines, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement improvements to ensure reliability, scalability, and data qualityImplement data governance, data validation, and data quality controls to ensure accuracy and consistency of enterprise dataUtilize internal and external AI tools to support data exploration, automation, and advanced analytics capabilitiesDocument data architecture, data flows, standards, and processes to support maintainability, governance, and knowledge sharingSupport deployment and operations of data solutions in cloud environmentsOther duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Knowledge of modern data engineering practices, data architecture, and business intelligence frameworksStrong experience with SQL and relational database systems such as MySQL or similar platformsExperience designing and developing scalable data pipelines using Databricks or similar distributed data processing platformsExperience working with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and related data servicesExperience implementing and managing Data Lake or Lakehouse architecturesExperience building and supporting dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau or similar business intelligence toolsUnderstanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, data transformation processes, and workflow orchestration toolsExperience working with structured and unstructured data and large-scale datasetsFamiliarity with data modeling techniques including dimensional modeling for analytics and reportingUnderstanding of data governance, data security, and data quality management practicesExperience using internal and external AI or machine learning tools to support data analysis, automation, or enrichmentAbility to analyze complex data problems and develop scalable and efficient solutionsAbility to work effectively both independently and as a team member in a cross-functional environmentStrong oral and written communication skills Education, Training, And Experience B.S. in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of training and experience2–4 years experience in data engineering, business intelligence development, analytics engineering, or related data-focused rolesAt least 2 years experience working with SQL-based databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar relational database platformsExperience working with Databricks, Spark-based data processing, or similar modern data engineering platforms preferredExperience developing dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau or similar BI tools preferredExperience working with cloud data environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data storage platforms such as data lakes or cloud data warehouses preferred Benefits Bally’s Intralot offers a competitive benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 6% 401k Match Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave Short/Long Term Disability Maternity/Paternity Leave Travel Some travel required up to 10% Employment Eligibility Verification Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.
