BI Developer

Responsibilities

• Source, aggregate, and manage data across multiple internal systems for governance, risk, and management reporting.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, emerging risks, and control gaps.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring reports for governance and business oversight.
• Execute quality assurance reviews on all reporting outputs to validate data accuracy and completeness.
• Establish and maintain reporting standards, documentation, and procedures for consistency.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual processes.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience (2-5 years may be considered based on skill set).
• Background in risk, governance, controls, or risk reporting.
• Strong quantitative and data analytics experience.
• Hands-on Power BI dashboard development and data visualization skills.
• Experience with Power Apps for data intake/workflows is preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
