About the role

BI Support Lead Role Summary We are looking for a BI Support Lead with 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise BI platforms, including Tableau, Power BI, and Spotfire. The candidate should have working knowledge of ThoughtSpot, experience with ServiceNow/ITSM, and hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, and ThoughtSpot.
• Troubleshoot dashboard failures, data refresh issues, performance problems, queries, and integrations.
• Manage escalated incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot PostgreSQL and Starburst issues related to performance, data consistency, and availability.
• Validate dashboards, reports, data refreshes, and underlying data for accuracy and reliability.
• Use Python/R for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Perform RCA and permanent fixes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Apply data visualization best practices to improve dashboard usability and performance.
• Collaborate with application, data engineering, and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
