Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable business intelligence solutions enabling data-driven decisions across the organization
• Partner with business stakeholders, analytics, and engineering teams to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), scope BI projects, and translate requirements into reliable reporting
• Support enterprise-wide reporting and data modeling efforts
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Build and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environments
• Develop and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to automate data ingestion and data flows
• Analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to support business decision-making
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions
• Scope, prioritize, and deliver BI projects in a timely manner
• Document processes, data models, and reporting standards

Requirements

• Proven experience with Power BI and dashboard/report development
• Experience with Databricks and SQL Server / T-SQL
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience
• ETL development and data warehousing experience
• Proficiency with Python for data tasks
• Experience with data visualization and performance optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
