About the role

The Forward Engineering Team at Candid is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our dynamic and innovative environment. This role will focus on working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions using our cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to understand their payment processing challenges and requirements
  • Develop and implement custom solutions to improve payment processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in payment processing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field
  • Experience with payment processing systems and technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • Passionate about improving healthcare and reducing costs through technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of healthcare payment systems and regulations

Skills

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
  • Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with API development and integration
