Reporting to the District Manager, Store Managers are consumer centric, open minded, proactive, and think beyond the task.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach for the ultimate experience for all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Grow sales by developing strategies to hit targets and maximize profits.
• Build a strong team by recruiting, training, empowering, developing, and motivating team members.
• Drive operational excellence by managing inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for everyone.

Requirements

• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry.
• 3+ years of store management experience.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
• Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Pay

Compensation for this role ranges from $64,700.00 to $107,900.00 annually, varying with experience and qualifications.
