Join a Beverly Hills private practice offering a relaxed patient schedule, personalized care model, and flexible 3–5 day workweek. With approximately 8–12 patients per day and 30-minute appointments, this role allows you to focus on thorough exams and high-quality, relationship-driven patient care.

Location

Beverly Hills, California, on/near Rodeo Drive. Primary need is in Beverly Hills, with the possibility of occasional days at the practice's Brentwood location.

Schedule

• Part-Time or Full-Time, 3–5 days per week
• Approximately 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch
• Saturdays are required, with a strong preference for 3–4 Saturdays per month
• Potential availability on Tuesdays and Fridays, with additional weekdays based on existing doctor coverage

Compensation

$550–$625 per day, depending on experience. Malpractice coverage may be negotiable.

Patient Load

Approximately 8–12 patients per day. Appointments are typically around 30 minutes, allowing time for thorough examinations, patient interaction, referrals, and coordination of care.

Scope of Care

Primary care optometry with an emphasis on personalized, high-touch patient care. The practice values thorough exams and hands-on follow-through with referrals and patient care coordination.

• Auto-refractor
• Staff-supported lensometry and pre-testing
• Full range of contact lens trials, including multifocal, daily, bi-weekly, and monthly lenses

Staff Support

Staff assists with pre-testing, imaging, and lensometry to support an efficient patient experience and personalized care model.

Practice Environment

Private practice located in a premium Beverly Hills retail and medical corridor. The practice serves an upscale patient population and places a strong emphasis on personable, attentive, relationship-oriented care.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed to practice optometry in California
