About the Role
Under general direction from the Beverage Services Supervisor, responsible for maintaining adequate supply levels and providing friendly, prompt, and courteous service to casino patrons according to guest service standards and established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Serve Casino or internal guests in a pleasant and efficient manner while maintaining excellent service.
- Clean and sanitize beverage areas, including bars, refrigerators, countertops, and floors.
- Stock beverage outlets with glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, and other supplies as needed for efficient operation.
- Maintain inventory and supplies as needed based on par level.
- Assist Beverage Servers, Server/Cashiers, Bartenders, and Catering as needed and directed by management.
- Assist in the set up and break down of bars, portable bars, and beverage stations.
- Organize and maintain the beverage pump room, including products and storage rooms.
- Prepare beverage and/or food orders as requested.
- Carry dirty dishes and glasses from the Casino floor to the back of house.
- Stock daily supplies, silverware, and glassware. Carefully and properly stack dishes.
- Keep the Casino floor, bars, and beverage server areas clean. Respond to any guest requests immediately.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
- Maintain an organized work area for convenient guest interaction and safety.
- Maintain knowledge and answer guest questions regarding all food venues, beverage service, and Casino-related information.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required unless waived by Human Resources Management.
- Prior Food and Beverage experience preferred.
- RBS certification required.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, and obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
- Work is generally performed both indoors and outdoors with frequent contact with the public.
- May be exposed to second-hand smoke, moderate/high noise levels, dirt, dust, and unpleasant odors.
- May work in areas that are unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, and dimly lit.
- May maneuver outside in temperatures in excess of 115° and as cold as 15° (exposed to all weather conditions).
- Extended work hours including swing shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends may be required.
