Beverage Supervisor

About the role

Be a part of our fast-moving excitement at Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort. Responsible Beverage Supervisors are needed to supervise Bartenders, Cocktail Servers, and Barbacks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Manage labor hours, cash control, and inventory.
• Promote a positive work environment and team building.
• Support and enable staff to meet guest needs and requests.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings.
• Afford employee reviews and evaluations.
• Schedule Bartenders, Cocktail Servers, and Barbacks and meet payroll costs.
• Ensure compliance with Iowa Department of Health, internal controls, and government regulations.
• Track and manage all critical areas of beverage service and inventories.
• Perform other related tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

• Alcohol awareness trained through the TIPS program (certification valid for 3 years).
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to articulate clearly and audibly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay

$20.00 per hour with premium pay.
