About the Role

This position is responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding the mission statement.
• Deliver the Five Star Experience by embodying the Mission Statement and Service Promise while adhering to department service standards (Welcoming, Proactive, Seamless, Personalized, and Valued).
• Obtain a $40 bank from the Main Bank at the beginning of each shift.
• Walk assigned area offering drinks to guests in a friendly manner.
• Observe guests to respond to additional requests.
• Stock station with necessary supplies such as cups, straws, napkins, ice, and other items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the beverage-dispensing system, storage areas, and station areas.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Keep all equipment clean and notify management of any needed repairs.
• Take beverage orders and enter them into Info-genesis.
• Collect orders from the Bartender, pay the Bartender, add garnishes, place drinks on a tray, and serve to patrons with cocktail napkins.
• Collect payment from patrons.
• Enter the number of sodas, coffee, and water into Info-Genesis for the daily count.
• Request identification from customers when legal age is questionable.
• Remove empty or dirty glasses and bottles and return them to the bar or kitchen.
• Wear the required uniform during work hours, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) and Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).
• Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to guests and vendors.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and attend scheduled safety meetings and training.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Must pass periodic random drug screens.
• Must pass a background suitability investigation.
• Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
• Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

• May occasionally work in low-light conditions and be exposed to loud noise for extended periods.

• Multiple locations, some open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
• Must be flexible to work any and all hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be available for emergency calls 24/7.
• Some enterprises are gaming facilities.
• Some enterprises are not smoke-free environments.
• Surveillance cameras and audio equipment monitor the premises 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
