Beverage Cart Attendant

Treviso Bay, located in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Beverage Cart Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while tending to players' beverage needs on the golf course, serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Safely operate a golf cart.
• Maintain accurate inventory of food and beverages stocked and served.
• Stock the cart with appropriate number of beverages each shift; must be 18 years old+.
• Confirm beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.
• Stock and clean beverage cart throughout the day.
• Maintain and exhibit knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management.
• Ensure guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
• Serve food and beverage items to guests while on the course.
• Respond to customer questions regarding general information of facility.
• Review schedules for changes, calendar of events and club activities on a daily basis.
• Accountable for all checks and cash transactions that may, at times, may be high volume.
• Utilize Point of Sales system (POS) and create daily sales reports.
• Communicate guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage and Chef.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
