Beverage Cart Attendant

About the Role

Provide excellent customer service by delivering refreshing beverages and snacks to golfers on the course, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Operate the beverage cart safely and efficiently throughout the golf course.
• Provide prompt and courteous service by taking orders and delivering refreshments to golfers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Working knowledge of the game of golf, including basic rules of play, golf etiquette, and professional course manners, with the ability to interact courteously and appropriately with members and guests.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
